SERVICE EVACUATION DIAGRAM

Evac-you-8 want to ensure that your facility has compliant evacuation plans installed which are designed immaculately to your building. Diagrams are a vital part to a facilities emergency response plan and should comply with Australian Standards AS 3745 – 2010, Planning for emergencies in facilities. Diagrams are required to be properly orientated to the building and accurately inform any occupants or visitors of the emergency procedures and evacuation routes, along with outlining any emergency equipment, assembly areas and important contact information to your emergency services.

We strive to provide clients with professional, compliant and relevant diagrams in the approved format required by AS 3745-2010 and government fire safety guidelines.

We provide our clients with two options to start their journey of compliancy.

OPTION 1 :

You will send to us your floor/ facility plans, with pre marked locations of emergency equipment and facilities. We will then design your evacuation diagrams as per your marked plans and provide you with a draft for approval.

OPTION 2:

One of our experienced inspectors visits your sites and using your supplied floor plan, then marks up accurately installed fire measures and equipment. Our inspector will then work closely with our diagram designer to accurately produce your facilities diagrams. A draft will be provided for your approval.

Once we have worked closely with you to ensure the diagrams accurately show all occupants the evacuation routes, exit locations, assembly areas and emergency equipment we will then provide a draft to be approved before starting final production of your diagrams.
