I sat in on the instructional “theory” section and felt Phil covered the essential points clearly and succinctly which was perfect for the 22 staff who attended after a long day. While I hope of course, they never need to use the knowledge, if they do, I believe they will be able to recall the correct procedure.

Practical Use of Fire Equipment & Kitchen Fire Simulator Course: it had good learning material like the pamphlet with all important information but also practical exercises and relevant advice from the trainer. It's not only applicable to the workplace but very much to everyones home life and I was thinking of how I could improve the safety in both of them.

The trainer was confident about the material and could answer all our questions. You could tell he didn't only have a broad knowledge about it but also firsthand experience which was great. The highlight of the course for me was the opportunity to see a mock-up situation of a real fire and to be able to practice how to deal with it in a good way since I have never done that before. I learnt a lot of new things in this course that I find important.

I have used Evac You 8 for two of my childcare centres and I am now using them for our third centre.

Phil was fantastic and did a great job, he explained everything very simply so we can all understand it.

I would like to express our appreciation that Jackie could come along today to talk about fire safety and provide demonstration to our resident’s at St Ermes Court.

Jackie gave a very informative and interesting talk that our resident’s listened very attentively and asked lots of questions. Later we went outside and Jackie handed around a small empty fire extinguisher so our residents could feel how it felt to hold and possibility use.

This was excellent. Some of our residents now know that this would be too difficult to use eg. "to stand in a stable position, hold and squeeze". They know to leave their unit and alert their neighbours. This is such valuable information. Thank you. We’ll be in touch next year to book our next training session.
